Registration:  You must be a member of the Columbus Ski Club to play, and if already a member, you must renew your CSC dues before signing up for pickleball.  If not a member, go to columbusskiclub.org and click Join Today. 


I am so happy we secured courts, a time, and a home for the first Ski Club Fall Pickleball!!!  Now mark your calendars and get ready for some fun!!!  We are starting off with 2 pickleball courts and may be able to add 2 more should the signups indicate a need.  We are sorry for the short notice, but did not receive confirmation of court availability until just now.  Registration must be done immediately due to the start date being Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. 

Once we get more than 8 players, any new players will be placed on a reserve list according to when they sign up until we can fill another full tennis court (2 pickleball courts) with 8 players.  We pay hourly court rates for full tennis courts.  If we cannot fill another full tennis court, those who sign up will receive refunds and will have first choice on the sub list.

We will be adding a sub link to the pickleball custom page in the next few days so that you may request a sub should your schedule require one.  Subs may sign up in advance in case someone may need you on the dates you select. 

Once registered, and if at all possible, please pay by credit card or PayPal within 30m.  If you must pay by check, select Pay Later and immediately mail check made out to Columbus Ski Club. (Write Pickleball in the subject line at bottom):

Social Life – Every Friday we'll go out with the tennis group after pickleball for drinks and/or dinner.  So bring clothes to change or throw over your athletic gear so you can join in the social part of the fun as well!!!

CLUB TRIP AND SPORTS/ACTIVITIES’ CANCELLATION POLICY:

SKI/NON-SKI TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel from a club trip, the cancellation cost equals the sum of the administration fee ($50), plus the liquidation fee.
Liquidation Fees:
a. The Liquidation Fee includes nonrefundable charges incurred by the Club.
b. Nonrefundable charges include, but are not limited to, the following items: Transportation, accommodations, lift tickets, and any pre-paid activities
c. The Liquidation Fee may vary for each trip and participant.
Waiting List
a. No Waiting List signups will be taken until the trip is full.
b. Persons on the Waiting List will be called in the order they signed up. There will be no skipping of names except that two (but not more than two) persons who have signed up together can elect to be skipped over and wait for two openings to occur at the same time. If skipped over, the spot will then be offered to the next person on the Waiting List. Wait list cost is $100.
c. If a person on the Waiting List is placed on the trip, the balance of the trip cost to date must be paid within five days or before trip departure, whichever is sooner, or the person may be removed from the Waiting List.
d. If a person declines an offered position on the trip, the Administrative Fee will be assessed. That person has the option of being removed from the Waiting List or placed at the end of the Waiting List. No administrative fee is charged if they later go on the trip.

SPORTS/ACTIVITIES’ CANCELLATION POLICY

CSC Cancellation Policy (If your activity is not a sport, some items regarding games will not apply to your activity.)
1. Cancellation Fee: $10.00
2. Cancellation Schedule
a. Cancellations within 24 hours of signup receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations after 24 hours are assessed the cancellation fee plus any costs incurred by the Club.
c. Participants who do not show up for any two regular season games and have not notified their coach of a conflict will receive no refund and the coach is authorized to obtain a replacement player from the committee.
d. After a player has received a team shirt and three league games have been played, no refund will be given.
