2019 CSC Summer Softball at Anheuser Busch Sports Park - 4990 Olentangy River Road

Season Dates: Thursdays, Apr 30  –  July 30, 2020      Games start at 6:15pm or 7:15pm.
• Tournament – All day Sat. / Sun. August 1 and 2, 2020
Anheuser Busch Sports Park at 4990 Olentangy River Road (near the intersection of Bethel Road and Olentangy River Road) in north Columbus. 

Cost: Player and/or Coach - $60.00   
           Non-Playing Assistant / Party Coordinator - $20.00   
            Player + Sponsor - $310.00           

This is a social league, with many teams having cookouts after games, and many players going to Coaches Bar after the games. 

Each team consists of six male and six female players. All skill levels are invited to participate.
The league runs from late April to early August, ending with a two-day Sat./Sun. tournament.
The cost to be a player or NPA includes a team shirt, a full summer of games, an end-of-season tournament, and an end-of-season party. 

• Ratings Clinics for new players will be held March 21 and 28 - outside
Teams will be announced on Friday, April 10, 2019, at Coaches Bar & Grill, 1480 Bethel Rd, Columbus, OH 43220
• Voluntary Sunday practices be held starting on Sundays, May 3 (details TBA)
• Thursday preseason practices/scrimmage games will be held on  Thurs., April 16 and Thurs., April 23
• Thursday regular season dates: all Thursdays from April 30  through July 30.
• All-Star Games -– Thursday, August 5, 2020

CLUB TRIP AND SPORTS/ACTIVITIES’ CANCELLATION POLICY:

SKI/NON-SKI TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel from a club trip, the cancellation cost equals the sum of the administration fee ($50), plus the liquidation fee.
Liquidation Fees:
a. The Liquidation Fee includes nonrefundable charges incurred by the Club.
b. Nonrefundable charges include, but are not limited to, the following items: Transportation, accommodations, lift tickets, and any pre-paid activities
c. The Liquidation Fee may vary for each trip and participant.
Waiting List
a. No Waiting List signups will be taken until the trip is full.
b. Persons on the Waiting List will be called in the order they signed up. There will be no skipping of names except that two (but not more than two) persons who have signed up together can elect to be skipped over and wait for two openings to occur at the same time. If skipped over, the spot will then be offered to the next person on the Waiting List. Wait list cost is $100.
c. If a person on the Waiting List is placed on the trip, the balance of the trip cost to date must be paid within five days or before trip departure, whichever is sooner, or the person may be removed from the Waiting List.
d. If a person declines an offered position on the trip, the Administrative Fee will be assessed. That person has the option of being removed from the Waiting List or placed at the end of the Waiting List. No administrative fee is charged if they later go on the trip.

SPORTS/ACTIVITIES’ CANCELLATION POLICY

CSC Cancellation Policy (If your activity is not a sport, some items regarding games will not apply to your activity.)
1. Cancellation Fee: $10.00
2. Cancellation Schedule
a. Cancellations within 24 hours of signup receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations after 24 hours are assessed the cancellation fee plus any costs incurred by the Club.
c. Participants who do not show up for any two regular season games and have not notified their coach of a conflict will receive no refund and the coach is authorized to obtain a replacement player from the committee.
d. After a player has received a team shirt and three league games have been played, no refund will be given.
