The Columbus Symphony and the music of the Moody Blues!

The Music of The Moody Blues is the brainchild of Moody Blues drummer Gordy Marshall.  Along with Mick Wilson (lead singer 10cc), the two musicians have brought together some of the very best singers and instrumentalists in the country to create the ultimate tribute to the greatest classic rock band of a generation.  

Don’t miss them play all the hits like “Nights in White Satin,” “Tuesday Afternoon,” “Go Now,” “Isn’t Life Strange,” and more recreated live and sound as close to the original recordings as you will ever hear!!

COLUMBUS SKI CLUB IS BACK AT SHADOWBOX! THUNDER AND LIGHTNING!

Two famous bands. Two unlikely partners.

Shadowbox Live, in collaboration with ProMusica
Pay homage to iconic rock bands Led Zeppelin and Queen with
Thunder and Lightning: The Music of Queen and Led Zeppelin.

If you have seen this show in the past, you know how great it is.
However, the addition of ProMuscia takes it to a new level!

This event will take place on the evening of
Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 7:30 PM.

We have 28 tickets to sell for $38/person.  If you buy directly from Shadowbox, you will pay $40 plus service fees.  Please do not buy from Shadowbox unless you find, when you go to our website to buy tickets, we have sold all 28 tickets.

COLUMBUS SYMPHONY : PICNIC WITH THE POPS
Join your Ski Club friends for an enjoyable evening on the lawn of the Columbus Commons on Saturday, July 15, 2023.

The Concert: A Tribute To ABBA has been reported by critics to be the most amazing and authentic ABBA tribute show in the world. Backed by our own Columbus Symphony, this promises to be a great evening. The Columbus Symphony and guests bring one of the greatest pop phenomena back to life, playing the most iconic hits from ABBA, including "Mamma Mia," "Waterloo," "Gimme, Gimme, Gimme," and "Dancing Queen."

We have secured a limited number of lawn tickets at a reduced group rate. We will have a separate area of the lawn reserved for our group. Furthermore, although concessions will be available for purchase, you are also permitted to bring your own food, beer, or wine to Picnic with the Pops concerts.

When:  Saturday night, July 15, 2023

Cost:     $28.00 per ticket
Time:    Gates open at 6:00 Concert begins at 8:00 pm.

SKI CLUB NIGHT WITH THE CLIPPERS - WEDNESDAY JULY 13

We have a group of seats together in left field.

Welcome Back to Normal Party!!!

Sunday, September 12th Beginning at 2pm. 

Make sure to be at the Venice Club on Sunday, September 12th to attend our “Welcome Back to Normal” party.  

Kicking off at 2pm, the party keeps going until 7pm… This will a BYOB event with the Ski Club providing Food and Supplies. Plan on spending an Afternoon and Evening enjoying a variety of activities such as Volley Ball, Corn Hole and Horseshoe as well as the rumored “STAR MAKER” Karaoke! 

And while nobody really knows what “NORMAL” is anymore, lets continue to do what we NORMALLY do: 

BE ACTIVE…BE INVOLVED…BE SOCIAL!!!

ABOUT THIS SHOW

 

In this Shadowbox Live Tribute show, the first ladies of rock ‘n’ roll are honored with an anthology of stories
and smash hits from the pioneering musicians that play like girls – and rock our worlds!

This event will take place on the evening of Thursday, August 19th at 7:30 PM.  Seating will be tables of 2 or 4.
Parties should arrive together for the best opportunity to be seated at the same table.  
No more than 4 tickets can be purchased by an individual.  Use Register Guests option.

Travel on S. Front St and turn west onto Liberty St. Enter the lot on the right.

Rates range from $3 – $5, depending on the day and time. Cash or credit/debit is accepted. If there is no attendant, use the auto pay box in the NW corner of the lot.

This lot is NOT available for weekday matinee parking.
