Your base trip includes 7 nights lodging at Juniper Springs Resort, transfers to and from the Bishop airport, a morning welcome reception with Burritos and Coffee, complimentary mountain tour, apres ski events planned by your trip leader, and a $100 Resort Credit for each guest to be used at any on-mountain retail location to purchase resort wear, gear, food, cocktails and more!

Important Trip Information:
Membership Requirement -> Your club membership must be current when signing up for the trip. Please see home page to sing-up/renew.

Ski Pass -> Please note that the Ikon Pass or lift passes are not included in your base package, but can be purchased in the below IKON Pass section.

Single Supplement -> The CSC always attempts to honor roommate/bedding requests on all trips; but please note that in order to secure lower or reasonable pricing, some club members may be required to share a king bed with another participant or sleep on a pull-out sofa. If you do not wish to share a bed or room, a single-supplement is available at an additional cost. By registering, you acknowledge that you are comfortable with the chosen room configuration.

Air ->
 Neither Air, nor lift tickets are included in the base price. This is a la carte pricing. And be aware that air seating is limited on all carriers at this time.

The Town and Villages:

Mammoth Lakes, California, is a picturesque mountain town nestled in the Eastern Sierra Nevada range. Known for its stunning natural beauty, the town is surrounded by the towering peaks of the Sierra, lush forests, and crystal-clear alpine lakes.

Mammoth Lakes is renowned for its outdoor recreational opportunities. The expansive terrain and reliable snowfall attract visitors from all over the world. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling are also popular winter activities.

In addition to its natural attractions, Mammoth Lakes boasts a charming village with a variety of shops, restaurants, and accommodations. There is a vibrant dining scene with around 60 to 70 restaurants.


In and near Mammoth Lakes, California, there are approximately 15 spas. This number includes a mix of full-service spas, wellness centers, and smaller boutique spas offering various treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and holistic therapies.
Mammoth Mountain:

At Mammoth Mountain, 11,053 feet of elevation and 3,500 acres of skiable terrain create the perfect setting for unforgettable winter adventures. Beginners can find their rhythm on gentle, welcoming slopes, while seasoned riders can push their limits on steep descents and powder-filled bowls.

For those looking to elevate their skills, the legendary
Unbound Terrain Parks offer features for every rider, from entry-level boxes to massive pro jumps, making Mammoth a destination for creativity and progression.

The resort features 25 lifts, including gondolas and high-speed quads, and 178 named trails that cater to all skill levels, from beginner to expert.




Juniper Springs Lodging:


Juniper Springs Resort is designed to provide guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, featuring a wide range of amenities. Each condominium is equipped with two baths, two bedrooms (one including a king and one including two twins), a pull-out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, including modern appliances, cookware, and utensils.

Many condominiums feature gas fireplaces. Private patios offer views of the surrounding mountains and nature. Complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs with cable are standard in all units. Baggage handling is also included.

The resort features ski-in/ski-out at the base of Eagle Lodge, an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, a well-equipped fitness center, 24-hour concierge and free shuttle service to nearby attractions and dining/shopping.

Cancellation Policy:
COLUMBUS SKI CLUB
2025-2026 TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY -

Important: Please read trip cancellation policy listed below before signing up for a trip.

Cancellation policies:

1.A. If you want to cancel your participation on the trip, as usual, any UNRECOVERABLE expense will be at your charge, plus a $50 club administration fee. The Trip Chair will try to find a replacement for you; but if no replacement is found, you are responsible for ALL unrecoverable costs .

B. In case of a Force Majeure (acts of God , war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder or any other emergency beyond the parties' control), the CSC will make every attempt to reimburse any moneys previously deposited. The CSC will not reimburse nonrecoverable expenses.

C.** Cancellation policy: 24 hours for full cancellation with no penalties. After 24 hours, participants are responsible for full payment of trip, which includes liquidation costs and administration fees.

General Cancellation Policy
a.To cancel from a club trip, the cancellation cost equals the sum of the administration fee ($50), plus the liquidation fee.
Liquidation Fees:
a. The Liquidation Fee includes nonrefundable charges incurred by the Club.
b. Nonrefundable charges include, but are not limited to, the following items: Transportation, accommodations, lift tickets, and any pre-paid activities
c. The Liquidation Fee may vary for each trip and participant.
Waiting List
a. No Waiting List signups will be taken until the trip is full. A $100 fee is assessed for the waiting list.
b. Persons on the Waiting List will be called in the order they signed up. There will be no skipping of names except that two (but not more than two) persons who have signed up together can elect to be skipped over and wait for two openings to occur at the same time. If skipped over, the spot will then be offered to the next person on the Waiting List.
c. If a person on the Waiting List is placed on the trip, the balance of the trip cost to date must be paid within five days or before trip departure, whichever is sooner, or the person may be removed from the Waiting List.
d. If a person declines an offered position on the trip, the Administrative Fee will be assessed. That person has the option of being removed from the Waiting List (w/o being refunded the $100 waitlist fee) or placed at the end of the Waiting List. No administrative fee is charged if they later go on the trip and the $100 waitlist fee goes towards the trip fee.
