BASE TRIP:

Your base trip package includes per person 7 nights lodging at the Hotel Altis with a half board (Breakfast and dinner included), private group transfer, and Kurt’s apre ski events.  Note:  Kurt will also be adding a la carte non-ski activities during your ski week and will contact you with details and pricing.


**Cancellation policy:  24 hours for full cancellation with no penalties.   


**Neither Air, nor lift tickets are included in the base price.  This is a la carte pricing.  And be aware that air seating is limited to 20 seats.


**Lift tickets are not included in the base trip package.  You must obtain an Epic lift product to ski on the trip.  Pass options, which include reasonably priced Epic Day Passes.


**Trip Insurance is advisable.**

Brides-les-Bains

Join us at the world’s largest  interconnected ski area!!  Les 3 Vallées is always fantastic, but never the same! That’s one of the advantages of skiing in the world’s largest ski area, alternating between valleys, villages, panoramas, and altitudes…  

- In Courchevel-Moriond, discover Les Chapelets and the Piste des Indiens’ wild, natural canyons. Head down to Courchevel-La Tania on the stunning Folyères blue run that winds through the forest. 

- In Méribel, set out on a peaceful odyssey through the woods towards the Altiport, then on to Méribel Village. Reach for the heights at Mont Vallon before enjoying unparalleled snow in the valley below. In the Belleville Valley, get your fill of stunning turns in a spot where barely anybody goes.

- Then it’s time for Val Thorens’ high mountain summits. Next, a little change of direction is all it takes to find yourself in Orelle’s high mountain atmosphere…  

And the ski area is as just as well-designed for beginners as it is for experienced skiers! The runs are categorized as follows:

15% green runs

41% blue runs

34% red runs

10% black runs

That comes to a total of almost half easy runs and half expert runs. One or two legendary runs will be an unmissable part of the itineraries you’ll design for yourself on the world’s largest ski area: Roc de Fer, Jérusalem, Mauduit, Lac du Lou, M, Jean-Blanc…

Nestled at the foot of the world's largest ski area, "Les Trois Vallées," in the heart of Brides-les-Bains and only 3 minutes from the cable car, the Hotel Altis offers you an exceptional experience with a multitude of services and benefits.  Amenities include a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, ski room, the Van Vert Restaurant and the Altis Wine cellar.
 Lodging is a standard room, based on one double or two twin beds

Lift Tickets
Lift tickets are not included in the base trip package as Vail Resorts is no longer offering competitively priced group lift tickets.  You must obtain an Epic lift product to ski on the trip.  Pass options, which include reasonably priced Epic Day Passes, should be purchased by clicking on epicpass.com.

Take care that you make the correct selection.  There are blackouts on dates and also on certain resorts.  Please fully read all details.  Once a pass is selected, no refunds will be permitted.

POST BASE TRIP:
Included in the post base trip price is hotel, transportation, private three day tour, welcome dinner on night 1, and tickets/entrance to the below activities (Cours Saleya Market, Grasse Fragonard Perfume factory, etc.)

Day One:  Your post-trip will be taking a group transfer from the Nice airport and staying at the Deck Hotel in Nice, located in the Nice city center..  It offers stylish guest rooms with a TV, private marble bathroom, and free wifi.  A continental breakfast is offered daily.  There is also a bar.  Your arrival day also includes a welcome dinner at Pachamama and a glass of wine.


Day Two:   Will include a gourmet tour of Nice with a private guide. Your guide is not only an expert on Nice, but also passionate about its gastronomy and will be ready to share the best Nice has to offer.  Your culinary tour will start in the old and historic part of Nice.  We will discover old town’s alleyways, the famous squares and gardens and the Promenade des Anglais.  No trip to Nice is complete without a visit to the Cours Saleya Market.  You’ll get to taste a variety of local specialties.  This will, of course, be accompanied by a glass of delicious local wine.  Your tour will end just in time for lunch.  Your guide will be glad to extend you dining recommendations.


Day three:  Private tour, discovery of scents, villages and French Riviera culture

Leaving Nice, you'll be driven along picturesque roads to arrive in your first destination of the tour, Grasse where you will enjoy the atmosphere of this typical Provencal town, filled with multiple scents, colors and history. You will pass by many historic buildings, including the town hall, the fountain, and the 13th century Notre Dame Cathedral. Enjoy a guided tour of the famous Grasse Fragonard perfume factory. Learn about the history of perfume, the extraction and distillery techniques, the maceration, the filtering process and the importance of the nose's role in the blending of the scents Gourdon. 

Leaving the heady scents of Grasse behind, your private guide will drive you on to the breathtaking village of Gourdon. Admire the stunning view across the entire French Riviera. Listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, visiting Gourdon is like walking through the streets of time gone by.  For your lunch break in Gourdon, enjoy some local cuisine on a sunny terrace or a quick snack on the village square.  (Lunch not included).


After visiting Gordon, you will continue your tour on towards Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Your guide will tell you about the region as you go and you will have the opportunity to admire the Loup River and its beautifully wild surrounding scenery from the comfort of your air-conditioned minibus.  This village is truly a must-visit destination in Provence and the Cote d'Azur. As soon as you arrive you will be captivated by its artistic and creative spirit. Explore its picturesque and historic alleyways before sampling a traditionally French anise-flavored apéritif on a terrace.

After a wonderful day exploring the sights and scents of the French Riviera, your guide will drop you off back at your accommodations.

2025-2026 TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY -

Important: Please read trip cancellation policy listed below before signing up for a trip.

Cancellation policies:

1.A. If you want to cancel your participation on the trip, as usual, any UNRECOVERABLE expense will be at your charge, plus a $50 club administration fee. The Trip Chair will try to find a replacement for you; but if no replacement is found, you are responsible for ALL unrecoverable costs .

B. In case of a Force Majeure (acts of God , war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder or any other emergency beyond the parties' control), the CSC will make every attempt to reimburse any moneys previously deposited. The CSC will not reimburse nonrecoverable expenses.

C.** Cancellation policy: 24 hours for full cancellation with no penalties. After 24 hours, participants are responsible for full payment of trip, which includes liquidation costs and administration fees.

General Cancellation Policy
a.To cancel from a club trip, the cancellation cost equals the sum of the administration fee ($50), plus the liquidation fee.
Liquidation Fees:
a. The Liquidation Fee includes nonrefundable charges incurred by the Club.
b. Nonrefundable charges include, but are not limited to, the following items: Transportation, accommodations, lift tickets, and any pre-paid activities
c. The Liquidation Fee may vary for each trip and participant.
Waiting List
a. No Waiting List signups will be taken until the trip is full. A $100 fee is assessed for the waiting list.
b. Persons on the Waiting List will be called in the order they signed up. There will be no skipping of names except that two (but not more than two) persons who have signed up together can elect to be skipped over and wait for two openings to occur at the same time. If skipped over, the spot will then be offered to the next person on the Waiting List.
c. If a person on the Waiting List is placed on the trip, the balance of the trip cost to date must be paid within five days or before trip departure, whichever is sooner, or the person may be removed from the Waiting List.
d. If a person declines an offered position on the trip, the Administrative Fee will be assessed. That person has the option of being removed from the Waiting List (w/o being refunded the $100 waitlist fee) or placed at the end of the Waiting List. No administrative fee is charged if they later go on the trip and the $100 waitlist fee goes towards the trip fee.
