We are, once again, returning to one of our favorite ski destinations, Telluride. Known for its abundant snowfall, breathtaking vistas, and iconic western downtown, it is certainly a “bucket list” ski resort and one of the most popular among Ski Club members.
Our trip starts with a flight on United Airlines to Montrose, Colorado, with a bus ride into town, where we will be staying at the Hotel Telluride.
The Hotel Telluride is a boutique chalet with a European feel. Each room has a breath-taking mountain view and is close to Telluride's signature shops, art galleries, restaurants and The Telluride Ski Resort. The hotel also offers its guests the best in service, convenience and accommodations. Amenities include: Breakfast every morning; a cocktail welcome reception; complimentary wireless throughout the hotel; spacious bathrooms with large tub and marble accents; private balcony or patio; relaxing seating group with overstuffed chairs and ottomans; refrigerator, microwave-toaster oven, flatware, plates and cups, coffee maker; 37-inch flat screen TV with full cable and HBO; and luxurious terry robes and slippers.

Full trip cancellations, if deemed practical in the judgment of the Trips Chairperson, appropriate Board Member or Club President, may occur; and a full refund will be given to all.
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of all non-refundable fees (for example, transportation, accommodations, lift tickets, any pre-paid expenses) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.
Note: The aforestated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellations are between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the CSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
