Our return to Canada starts with the flight via United Airlines to Calgary, with transportation to the Caribou Lodge in Banff from February 10-17. The Caribou Lodge is on the edge of Banff and a short walk to the heart of downtown. The accommodation is based on 2 per hotel room and also includes a complimentary breakfast daily and is on the free shuttle line with easy access to all three resorts. Also available is your choice of a lift ticket good for any of the three great resorts - Sunshine, Lake Louise and Banff Norquay. The Banff area is not only one of the most beautiful destinations for both skiing and sight-seeing, but the currency exchange of 70 cents U.S to $1 Canadian is a great value.
Banff is an OVSC sponsored trip and also includes OVSC activities: Welcome party, Apres Ski Event sponsored by Winter Ski & Sport, Ski Race, Mountain Picnic, and a Thursday night awards dinner.
Valid passport is mandatory.

Full trip cancellations, if deemed practical in the judgment of the Trips Chairperson, appropriate Board Member or Club President, may occur; and a full refund will be given to all.
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of all non-refundable fees (for example, transportation, accommodations, lift tickets, any pre-paid expenses) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.
Note: The aforestated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellations are between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the CSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
